Navigating through the legal system can be challenging and difficult. William D. Blakely, the founder of William Blakely Law has had significant experience as a trial lawyer with the US Department of Justice, and later as a Partner in two Am Law 100 Law Firms, where he has directed clients through the legal process to obtain client-driven objectives. In this role, the Founder has served as primary trial counsel, and often as the manager of local counsel, in major litigation across the country in US District Courts, US Courts of Appeal, state courts, and arbitration tribunals. This includes litigation on behalf of parties to class actions, and service as co-lead trial counsel in Multi-District Litigation (MDL) matters.
The goals and objectives of William Blakely Law are to guide clients through the legal process to obtain results that are jointly, yet clearly defined, early in the process. If the matters involve multi-district or international matters, a coordination of other counsel will be required; this is where William Blakely Law’s experience of working with lawyers throughout the United States and abroad are invaluable to clients who have multi-dimensional, and multi-jurisdictional problems. In short, William Blakely Law will develop a strategy to meet the demands of clients who face our ever-changing legal landscape.
